Fees for Your Marijuana Medical Card
- Initial Certification is $149 for your consultation

- Recertification is $99 for the consultation

These fees are payable to Dr Sam at the time of your consultation. We accept debit/credit.
- After you are certified, you will need to log in to your PA Medical Account (there will be a link in the email once you are certified), and pay them $50 for them to print/mail your ID card.
If you happen to receive SNAP, Medicaid, CHIP, PACE – you will have to log into your state account and select which of these you receive. The State will then drop their fee to $0 and print/mail your ID card. This is separate than the fee to Dr Sam.
